Le Parfum Simplifié was created by Harvey and Kristan with one simple goal: to make perfumery easier to understand.

We both saw how difficult it can be to enter the world of fragrance. Information is often scattered, overly complicated, or difficult to apply in practice. We wanted to create something different — a place where people can learn perfumery clearly, practically and at their own pace.

Le Parfum Simplifié brings together the things we wish were easier to access when starting out: education, formulas, raw material knowledge, practical tools, software and a community of people learning the craft together.

Our approach is simple.

We focus on explaining why things work, not just telling you what to use. From understanding individual materials and building accords to developing complete fragrances, our aim is to make the creative and technical sides of perfumery feel approachable.
